Mr.Chiba started his career as a banker at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ in 1993. Since then, he expanded his experience as a business development manager, and a director of finance in many kind of industries. He also has a CFO experience for a Japanese listed online game company and a Silicon Valley branch CEO for that company. His capability to manage finance and business plans at various stages of company is based on such deep and broad experience.
